cozy decor comfy bed central location missing shower bath handle broken skylight
the room decor felt very cozy. the bed was very comfy. the location was in the middle of the main high street.
i noticed there was no shower in the bathroom, only a roll top bath. there were no handles to help get out of the bath. the skylight in the bathroom was broken.

lovely stay at a great spot
convenient location friendly staff clean room comfortable bed
I found the location convenient and accessible. the staff was very friendly. They helped with local information and directions. the room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. housekeeping added extra touches. I thought it was a very nice bonus.
I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. I wished there were more plug sockets available near the kettle.

i was upgraded to a beautiful king room upon arrival, it was a fantastic surprise! the staff personally escorted me to the room, such a sweet gesture! the hotel recently underwent a refurbishment, everything felt so fresh and new.

fantastic location helpful staff on-site parking good choice
The location was fantastic. I could walk to everything. the staff were very helpful in suggesting local attractions. i also appreciated the on-site parking, a real plus for this area. breakfast was very good. There was a good choice on offer.
the room was a bit small, but it had everything i needed.

The staff provided a personal touch, escorting guests to their rooms. I found them very helpful. a member of staff, lisa, was particularly attentive and charming. staff responded quickly to requests and demonstrated a genuine interest in guest satisfaction.
